For secure website delivery, the hosting server may process IP address, time, requested resource, referrer, browser and operating-system data. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in secure, reliable operation. Logs are deleted when no longer required for security.
The selected language is stored locally in your browser and can be removed through browser settings.
Necessary local storage records your language and consent choice, including its version and timestamp. Optional analytics and marketing services—including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 or Meta Pixel when configured—remain blocked until you consent to the relevant category. You can withdraw or change consent at any time using the Privacy settings button. Before any new provider is activated, this notice and the consent panel will be updated with the applicable processing and retention details. With analytics consent, our own server records the article, language, UTC date, opening and engaged reading (60 seconds with the article visible and at least 50% scroll depth). A random per-tab identifier in sessionStorage prevents duplicate counts; its server-side hash is removed at the next collection or report visit once it is older than the current and previous UTC calendar days. Aggregate daily counts remain until deleted. This article-statistics database stores no IP address, name, email or browsing history and sends no data to an external analytics provider. Ordinary server access logs are separate. Withdraw consent via Privacy settings to stop further measurement.
We process submitted details, the AI-guided project conversation and the resulting brief to assess your request, communicate with you, prepare possible pre-contractual steps and later transfer the lead into our CRM under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Submitted enquiries are stored in protected server-side lead history. AI conversation content is sent to the OpenAI Responses API with application storage disabled; OpenAI may retain API content in abuse-monitoring logs according to its applicable data controls. Contact fields and attachments are not sent to the AI. Workflow-analyser inputs and results are stored locally only after separate consent. Data is retained only as required for the enquiry, service improvement, statutory obligations or legal claims.
Data is disclosed only where necessary for hosting, communication, legal obligations or claims. Any transfer outside the EEA requires an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism.
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing. You may complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards and update this notice when the website, providers or legal requirements change.
